Professional Standards & Working Terms • Autonomous Engineering: Lead full-stack architecture, high-level system design, database schemas, and microservice boundaries without micro-management. • Synchronous Availability: Consistent presence, fast turnaround, and active technical communication during operational hours (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM ). • Engineering Rigor: Enforce strict type safety, clean architecture (SOLID, DDD), modular design systems, branch hygiene, and comprehensive code reviews. • Production Accountability: Zero-tolerance approach to unhandled runtime exceptions, memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, or security vulnerabilities in production. • Technical Evaluation: A live technical assessment covering multi-framework architecture and systems programming is mandatory prior to selection.

Required Technical Expertise • Modern Frontend Architectures: • Angular: Enterprise-scale Angular (v16+) architecture, standalone components, Signals, RxJS state streams, NgRx, and TypeScript design patterns. • React & Next.js: React 19/18, Next.js (App Router, Server Components, SSR/SSG/ISR), and advanced state managers (Zustand, Redux Toolkit). • UI Engineering: Tailwind CSS, component libraries (Radix, Shadcn UI, Angular Material), responsive design patterns, and micro-interactions. • Backend Runtimes & High-Level Languages: • Node.js / TypeScript & Bun: NestJS, Express.js, Fastify for scalable, modular backend services. • High-Concurrency Languages: Production experience in Go (Golang) or Python (FastAPI / Django) for high-throughput data processing, concurrent workloads, and backend APIs. • Java (Spring Boot) / C# (.NET Core) experience is a major plus. • APIs, Protocols & Distributed Systems: • Clean RESTful API design, GraphQL schemas, gRPC platform bridges, and low-latency WebSocket / SSE connections. • Microservices architecture, event-driven pipelines (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and background task queues (BullMQ, Celery). • Databases & Data Modeling: • Relational: PostgreSQL, MySQL (advanced indexing, query optimization, migration strategies via Prisma, Drizzle, or TypeORM). • NoSQL & Caching: Redis (caching, pub/sub, rate-limiting), MongoDB, and Elasticsearch/vector search engines. • DevOps, Infrastructure & Security: • Hands-on containerization with Docker & Docker Compose; orchestration basics with Kubernetes. • Production Linux VPS management, Nginx reverse proxy configuration, PM2 process management, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). • Implementation of OAuth2, JWT authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), SSL/TLS hardening, and OWASP security standards.

Core Responsibilities • Architect, develop, and scale production-grade web applications, dashboards, enterprise SaaS platforms, and distributed APIs. • Design robust database schemas, query optimization plans, and clean API contracts across Angular, Next.js, and backend microservices. • Build reusable, accessible UI component libraries and maintain reactive global state architectures. • Optimize full-stack performance across frontend asset delivery, Core Web Vitals, server response times (TTFB), and database query caching. • Review pull requests, establish linting/testing standards (Jest, Vitest, Cypress), and maintain clean, well-documented codebases across all repositories. • Troubleshoot complex production crashes, concurrency deadlocks, memory leaks, and infrastructure edge cases.

Selection Pipeline • Application & Portfolio Audit: In-depth review of your live web projects, system architectures, and GitHub/GitLab repositories. • Practical Architecture & Code Assessment: Real-world evaluation assessing clean code, API handling, and scalable full-stack structure across Angular/React and backend services. • Deep-Dive Technical Interview: Discussion on system architecture, database optimization, past architectural trade-offs, and multi-stack debugging strategies. • Offer & Immediate Onboarding: Final compensation confirmation and environment integration.
