🕐 Shift Timings:

Night Shift • 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

YNC Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is an IT services & consulting company with 50+ professionals, offering web & mobile development, UI/UX, branding, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, SMM, graphic design, hosting, and website maintenance services.

We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist who can identify potential clients, build meaningful connections, generate qualified leads, and book meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily LinkedIn outreach and prospecting.

Identify and research potential B2B clients.

Find decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists.

Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and messages.

Follow up with prospects and nurture conversations.

Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.

Book qualified meetings with potential clients.

Maintain lead and follow-up records.

Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets.

Requirements

Strong experience in LinkedIn outreach & prospecting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good understanding of B2B lead generation

Ability to identify and connect with decision-makers

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Comfortable working night/rotational shifts

Previous experience in IT services, digital marketing, or international B2B sales is an advantage.
