Executive (Industrial Engineering)

Yunus Textile Mills Limited is looking for energetic profiles for the below-mentioned position based in Landhi, Karachi.

Graduation

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years

Responsibilities: • Prepare Operation Bulletins from samples, images, and tech files • Work closely with the PD team during the development stage • Conduct Time & Motion Studies for accurate SAM calculation. • Perform costing as per picture, tech file, and buyer requirements • Calculate and maintain thread consumption of articles • Develop and maintain Operations Data Bank for SAM and rate setting • Develop, implement, and update Style Bulletins • Apply IE tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) for continuous improvement • Perform work simplification for SAM optimization • Reduce style changeover time through method improvement • Coordinate with Production, PE, and Planning teams for smooth execution. • Maintain and analyze IE data using advanced MS Excel. • Use ERP systems for data management; SAP / Oracle experience is an added advantage.
