WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Office Timings: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Draughtsman to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in architectural drafting, detailing, coordination, and documentation, with proven experience working on large-scale developments and master planning projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive architectural working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed documentation for high-end and large-scale developments.

Develop master plan level drawings, site layouts, zoning plans, infrastructure coordination drawings, and detailed site plans.

Prepare architectural details, sections, elevations, schedules, and other technical drawings required for construction.

Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, infrastructure, landscape, and other disciplines.

Coordinate directly with site teams, Resident Engineers (REs), consultants, and contractors to resolve design and construction-related issues.

Review site requirements and incorporate necessary revisions into drawings while maintaining design intent.

Apply sound technical knowledge of building materials, construction methods, detailing standards, and local building regulations.

Maintain drawing accuracy, documentation standards, and proper coordination throughout different stages of the project.

Requirements & Qualifications

8–10 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and technical documentation.

Proven experience working on large-scale developments, master planning projects, commercial developments, residential projects, or institutional projects.

Strong command of AutoCAD is essential.

Proficiency in Revit / BIM workflows will be highly preferred.

Excellent understanding of architectural working drawings, construction detailing, structural coordination, and MEP coordination.

Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, site execution, and technical detailing.

Ability to independently manage drawing packages and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work efficiently under project deadlines while maintaining drawing quality and accuracy.
