ABS International is hiring Lead Generation Executives across our Gulistan-e-Johar branche.

This is an entry-level role into international business designed for confident communicators who are ready to learn, grow, and build a real career in a structured professional environment. Whether you are a student with strong English, someone transitioning from a different field, or a candidate with prior call center experience, this role is built to take you forward.

The Organisation

Established in 2009, ABS International operates as a direct US Principal with over 200 professionals and sixteen years of uninterrupted operations. We have never missed a payroll date. The Role

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be making outbound calls to US-based prospects starting conversations, gauging interest, and identifying genuine business opportunities. Once a prospect shows real potential, you will pass the lead to our senior sales team to take forward. Full training is provided on how to start conversations, qualify leads, and handle calls professionally from day one.

This is not a dead-end position. It is your entry point into international sales — with a clear, defined path to a more senior role as your skills develop.

What You Will Earn

Competitive base salary paid on a fixed date every month

Attendance Allowance: PKR 3,000 per month

Monthly Performance Incentive based on lead quality and output

Transport support available for candidates based in Karachi

15 days fully paid annual leave

Permanent, full-time employment

Who Should Apply

Good spoken and written English is essential you will be speaking with US-based contacts every shift. Students currently pursuing education with strong English are warmly welcome. Any prior experience in a call center, BPO, customer service, or any communication-based role is an advantage but not a requirement. Confident, motivated, and eager to grow — those qualities matter more than your experience level at this stage. Full availability for Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, on-site at our Johar branch.
