About the Role

AMS Crafters is looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales & Business Development Executives to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with potential clients, making cold calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and helping convert opportunities into clients.

Key Responsibilities • Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients • Generate and qualify new leads • Introduce AMS Crafters' services professionally • Identify client requirements and recommend suitable solutions • Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp • Schedule meetings with potential clients • Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Help generate business for services including: • Digital Marketing • Website Development • E-commerce Development • Social Media Marketing • Branding & Creative Services • Software & Digital Solutions

Requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone • Basic understanding of sales and customer dealing • Target-oriented and motivated attitude • Good follow-up and negotiation skills • Basic computer knowledge • Previous experience in sales, telesales, cold calling, or business development will be preferred • Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
