Job Summary

MARS BPO is hiring motivated, confident, target-driven, and English-speaking individuals for the position of International Sales Representative in our international call center in Saddar, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities • Communicate with international customers professionally in English. • Promote and explain products and services to potential customers. • Generate sales opportunities and convert interested prospects into customers. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively. • Apply persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques. • Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales. • Deliver a professional customer experience while meeting sales performance goals.

Job Requirements • Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills are essential. • Confidence in speaking with international customers. • Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities. • A positive attitude and a target-oriented mindset. • Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment. • Previous experience in an international call center, BPO, telesales, telemarketing, customer sales, or international sales is preferred. • Freshers with excellent English-speaking skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.
